How your account works

1. Create your account

1. Tap Create an account below.
2. Type your name and email address.
3. Choose a password with at least 8 characters, and type it a second time in the box below. Write it down somewhere safe.
4. Tick the two boxes to accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
5. Tap Create account.
6. We send you an email. Open it and tap the link to confirm your email address. You need to do this before you can carry on. If it does not arrive, check your junk folder, or log in and tap Send the link again.

2. Complete your profile

The first time you log in, we ask for three things. It takes about ten minutes, and it helps to have your dog's vet and insurance details to hand.

1. Step 1: Your details. Your address, telephone number and an emergency contact.
2. Step 2: Your dog. Their details, a photo, their health, feeding and routine, and your vet and insurance details. If something does not apply, type None.
3. Step 3: Consents. Read each one and tick the box.
4. If you have more than one dog, tap Add another dog afterwards and do the same again.

You can change any of this later under Owner details or Edit dog details.

3. Upload the vaccination card

1. Open your dog and tap Upload vaccination card.
2. Take a clear photo of the page that shows the vaccinations, or choose a PDF from your vet.
3. Type the date the vaccination was given. It is written on the card.
4. Type the date the next booster is due. This is usually one year later.
5. Tap Send vaccination card.

Your photo or PDF must clearly show your dog's up-to-date vaccinations for:

1. DHP (Distemper, Hepatitis (canine adenovirus) and Parvovirus)
2. Leptospirosis (L4)

Kennel cough is not required.

We check every card. Until we have checked yours, it shows as Awaiting check. You do not need to do anything else.

What the labels mean

Up to date Your dog's vaccinations are in date. Nothing to do.

Due soon The next booster is due soon. Book it with your vet, then upload the new card.

Expired The vaccinations have run out. This will affect your booking. Please upload the new card as soon as you can.

No vaccination record We do not have a card for this dog yet. Please upload one.

Upload not accepted We could not accept the last card you sent. Please upload a clear photo or PDF, or call us.

The reminder emails

We send you an email before your dog's booster is due, so you have time to see your vet:

• a first reminder about a month before
• a second reminder about two weeks before
• a final email on the due date if we still do not have a new card. An out-of-date record will affect your booking.

Once you upload a new card, the reminders stop.

Please do not reply to the reminder emails. Replies are not read. Log in to your account to upload the new card, or call us on 07301 067675.

Forgotten your password?

1. Go to the log in page and tap Forgot password?
2. Type your email address. We send you a link.
3. Open the email and tap the link within 1 hour, then choose a new password and type it twice.
4. If you had not yet confirmed your email address, doing this confirms it too.
