Once we've received your form, our team will then check availability and call you to discuss your booking. If your requested dates are available, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken, and a trial date will be agreed upon. Our prices can be seen below.

Trial Stay

​​

We require all new guests to complete an overnight trial stay to ensure their comfort and compatibility within our home environment. This trial stay is offered at a reduced rate of £25.00, which includes the overnight stay. Check-in for the trial stay is between 15:00 and 17:00, with collection the following morning between 08:00 and 10:00. During this trial, we assess your dog's behaviour, health, and compatibility with other dogs and our family members.

If your dog is not suitable for home boarding after the trial stay, a full refund for the main booking will be provided. If your dog settles in well and is a good fit for our home, the remaining balance will be payable on the check-in day for the main stay.

General Booking Information

​

• Boarding Charges: £35 per day, applied on both the check-in and check-out days, regardless of the collection time. Early check-outs are non-refundable.

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable on the check-in day.

Cancellation Policy

​

Should you need to cancel, please inform us at least 7 days before the check-in date to avoid any additional charges. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will incur the full booking fee, as last-minute cancellations result in loss of earnings due to the inability to fill places without a trial familiarisation stay being completed. Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur a small admin fee.
